Shipping & returns

Made to order

Every physical product is printed or embroidered after you order it by our production partner, Printful, at facilities in North America and Europe. Production usually takes 2–6 business days (embroidery up to 8).

Shipping

• Standard worldwide shipping: $7.95 per order, free on orders over $120.
• Typical delivery after production: 3–7 business days in the US and Canada, 5–12 business days internationally.
• Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email when your package leaves, and you can always check order status.
• International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority on delivery.

Returns & replacements

Because each item is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size guide on each product page.

We will always replace or refund an item that arrives misprinted, damaged or defective. Email us through the contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost.

Digital products

Digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment and are non-refundable once downloaded, except where the law requires otherwise. If a file is corrupted or missing, contact us and we'll fix it.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 14 days or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to reship or refund.
